HootSuite – a social management system to help you manage Twitter and other social media accounts (including Facebook, LinkedIn, WordPress).
Twitaholic – a list of the most popular people on Twitter, based on number of followers
Wefollow – a directory of prominent people on Twitter, searchable by interest area
Muck Rack – “Where journalists and sources connect”: A directory of journalists on Twitter (and other social media), plus a look at what stories journalists are talking about. Paid version allows you to pitch journalists.
